Being a phonesex op pays off – Kenzie

Other than the money, there rarely are times when being a phonesex operator actually pays off in the real world.  Being a PSO carries a stigma with it that makes telling the truth about how you earn your living hard or impossible to people, especially if you have kids.  Well, last week during a visit to the doctor I had an interesting conversation.  After her initial exam for my yearly flu shot we got onto the subject of my job.  She’s in her 30′s and pretty hip, so I had no problem telling her what I do.  Her eyes widened and then immediately came a flurry of questions.  Apparently she’s been experiencing some boredom in the bedroom and needed some advice on how to liven things back up with her husband.  We talked about some role-playing and even dipped into the taboo dish for a bit.  I could tell she really needed to vent but was uncomfortable about her sexuality.  I could feel her relief as she really seemed to take my advice to heart.  I even gave her my link!!   The immediate satisfaction I provide to my clients has always been a perk, ( as well as the satisfaction I get from them..;0) ), but being able to give advice that will enhance the sexual health of someone’s life and marriage is extremely satisfying.  I’m sure it’s very similar to the feeling she’s gets providing care for her patients.  It was nice to be able to give back to someone that’s dedicted her life to helping others.
